A half day tour to introduce ourselves in the History of Cusco, visiting the most important Archaeological sites in the surroundings of the City and in turn the visit of the Magical Inca Citadel Machu Picchu, considered the maximum Architectural expression of the Andean Culture.

City Tour Cusco: It initiates us to the contact with the History and the Great Inca Culture when visiting this city and its surroundings currently considered as Navel of the World, Archaeological Capital of America and Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
Machu Picchu: When visiting its most important venues such as the Intihuatana and the Temple of the Sun, take panoramic and postcard photographs from the Casa del Guardián. Enjoy the spectacular scenery on the banks of the Urubamba River during the train ride surrounded by the mountains of the Sacred Valley.
Make the most of your visit in this legendary Inca Citadel and marvel at magical views of Machu Picchu.
ITINERARY:
DAY 1: RECEPTION IN CUSCO – CITY TOUR
Our service begins with the reception at the airport by our staff and then transfer you to your selected hotel in Cusco, where you will acclimatize by tasting stimulating coca tea for the height of the city of Cusco and receiving an informative talk regarding the Travel Package. In the afternoon we will have the City Tour that includes the following visits: the Qoricancha (temple of the Sun), in addition to visiting the 04 Archaeological Sites furthest outside the city: Sacsayhuamán (largest Inca temple), Qenqo (temple de la Pachamama), Tambomachay (water temple) and finally we visit Pucapucara (Inca military area), at the end of the tour we return to the city of Cusco.

DAY 2: CUSCO – OLLANTAYTAMBO – AGUAS CALIENTES – MACHU PICCHU
In the morning we will pass by your hotel in the city of Cusco, to transfer you to the train station located in the town of Ollantaytambo (1 hour and 30 minutes of travel) where we will board our train and then make our trip to the Aguas Calientes town (1 hour and 30 minute trip). Arriving at the train station, our guide will be waiting for you and then accompany you during the visit of Machu Picchu, they will go to the bus station in Aguas Calientes, to ascend 400m high on a zigzagging road, for 30 minutes until you reach the Sanctuary from Machu Picchu.
Upon arrival at the citadel of Machu Picchu we will go through the control where you will deliver your entrance ticket and also start the guided tour, visit the main sites of the city such as: the Main Square, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar Clock, the Rooms Royals, the Temple of the Three Windows and the Inca Quarries, the guided tour will last approximately two hours. At the end of the Guided visit, you will be given free time to take a walk through the citadel and visit Machu Picchu, then return to the town of Aguas Calientes to enjoy your Lunch.
In the afternoon, you will take the train back to Ollantaytambo or Poroy (you must be at the station 30 minutes before the departure time of your train) and after your arrival at the station, our transport will be waiting to take you back. to your hotel in Cusco (half an hour trip).

DAY 3: CUSCO
In the morning we will pick you up at the hotel and then transfer you to the airport to board your flight back to your place of origin.
