The tropical Inka Jungle trail is one of the new routes offered by us which includes cycling, trekking and all kinds of adventure! Recent authentically discovered Inca trails, archaeological ruins and incredible views make this excursion an unforgettable experience.
Cycling and trekking in the forest for the first few days, your trip ends with a view of the valleys below Machu Picchu at sunrise.
ITINERARY:
DAY 01: Cusco – Santa Teresa
We leave between 6.45 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. with the meeting in the office of Reserv Cusco Srl.
Our trip begins leaving Cusco with a panoramic view of the city, and then we continue on our way to Chinchero / Ollantaytambo from where we will take the track on the right bank to rise to a height of 4350 meters above sea level and meet the Abra del Malaga. Too mystical point, where the payment to the land is made very often. From this point or unless the guide seems better, in case of fog, we descend from the car to take our bikes, where we will start one of the most beautiful excursions in the world bought only from those of the Coroico in Bolivia, we will descend in Down Hill, we will observe the immensity of the Valley of the convention and as we descend we will find a different flora from the dry and birds, the strong and weathered bushes of the heights; Then a vegetation in the middle of the road, the Inka ruins of the Wamanmarka, for after about 3 hours of biking, approximately we will arrive at 13:30 at Santa María (1100 masl). Here we will enjoy our mid-day lunch and then we go rafting!
At approximately 6:00 pm we have the bus in Santa Teresa where our hostel awaits us with a typical local dinner … rest.
DAY 02: Santa Teresa – Machu Picchu
Breakfast
We go to the Zip Lane, adventure sport to remember, transportation to the Hydroelectric, where we will have our delicious lunch at noon, pleasant rest and a 2:30 hour walk to reach Machu Picchu town where a welcoming person awaits us Hostel and our anteroom dinner at Machu Pichhu and rest.
DAY 03: Machu Picchu – Cusco
Very early breakfast, our walk begins for the period of approximately 1:00 hour to meet the seventh wonder of the world Machu Pichhu, Guided tour approximately 1:20 hours; Then you are free to enjoy on your own (visit Machu Picchu average 4:00 hours) return to Cusco.
